I'm not even sure where to begin! So much time has passed and so many things have happened since I last wrote here. Sometimes I wonder why I stopped, but then I think about beginning again and it comes back - when I began recording memories it was therapeutic, cathartic, but by the time my last post was made, it had become an extra worry on a brain that was frazzled, stressed and had had enough. I finally decided I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and made a big change. With that decision came a more quiet and content mind.
Looking back at these posts is also a reminder- time doesn't stop, and there are things I don't want to let slip through the cracks of my memory.
So here we go with a fresh start. Time to get this journal back up and running.
